Job Description:

Qualification:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably within 5-star hotels.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Ensure consistency and equity in human resources management and encourage best practices.
Serve as a counsel and advisor in handling labor-related cases.
Develop and implement screening and recruitment systems to ensure qualified candidates are hired.
Prepare, monitor, and control the hotel’s annual Human Resources budget.
Contribute to risk management activities for the property.
Take responsibility for managing the internal talent development program.
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, grooming, uniform, and professional body language.
Ensure all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and remain highly motivated.
Energetic with a positive personality.
Creative, dynamic, and innovative.
Possess a “can-do” attitude.

In-depth knowledge of upscale casual service standards.
Solid understanding of food and beverage operations.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong guest-focused mindset with keen attention to detail.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
